Warrigal Care is a leading Not for Profit Aged Care provider for the South Coast.  With  1200 staff and volunteers caring for over 2000 residents across 10 sites within the Illawarra and Southern HighlandsWarrigal Care was the first program partner of the Business Treading Lightly Program, signing up to the Department of Environment Climate Change and Water’s Sustainability Advantage program in May 2008.

As a large organisation, Warrigal Care recognised that to commit to sustainability would require a strong and ongoing commitment from all levels of the organisation; Board, executive team, administration, maintenance and care staff, and the residents.
