Commitment:
The BTL process starts a partnership agreement expressing your business's commitment to the program. 

Snapshot:
BTL will perform a Snapshot of your business.  This session is designed to identify business strengths and areas of improvement in terms of leadership, asset management and stakeholder involvement

Site inspection:
Once the Snapshot is complete, a BTL Sustainability Officer will visit your workplace and help identify practical actions that your business can take to become more sustainable.  Many of the identified actions involve little or no investment.  You may be surprised to see how cheap and easy it can be to reduce your resource use and reduce your costs.

Action Plan:
Together we will develop an action plan from the information gathered from the Snapshot and the Site Inspection.  Each BTL action plan that is developed is tailored to meet the individual needs of our business partners.  The plan will include everything from simple, no cost actions to longer term sustainability projects.  BTL's proven track record is due to our ability to find solutions unique to each business.  No two businesses operate in the same manner and so our business partners need plans that reflect their individual needs.
