This program utilises the framework and tools of the NSW Department of Environment & Climate Change & Water (DECCW) Sustainability Advantage Program.

A dedicated BTL Sustainability Officer together with appropriate technical consultants will work with you to provide a holistic assessment of your business’s sustainability through a comprehensive Management Diagnostic.

Together you will develop a Customised Sustainability Action Plan that suits your business priorities. During the program your organisation can choose to undertake a set of specialised modules. You receive personalised support and free expert advice on all areas of sustainable business practice for up to 18 months.

The team at BTL are locally placed to provide access to local networks and resources. They will link you with relevant sustainability programs and grant funding opportunities. Your Sustainability Officer will also organise meetings where you can share experiences with other local businesses in the program.
