BTL now has 130 partners from Wollongong to Bega and in the Wingecarrbee and many of those partners are starting to make a real impact on their energy, waste and water bills. Early 2010 will see the roll-out of BTL’s Heroes Campaign. Bomaderry Bowling Club and Shoalhaven Heads Sports and Social Club in the Shoalhaven have achieved astonishing energy savings in the last year. BTL recently hosted a one day Sustainable Aged Care Forum at Kiama Pavilion. The Forum was open to aged care staff at any levels, whether or not the facility was a BTL partner.
